Wellness Time Off

Parental Leave Program

We offer $750/week maternity wellness stipend for the first six weeks of leave to help with medical and other expenses. We also offer a $750 for one week to our fathers, non-birthing, and adoptive parents.

Why Ken Garff

With our We’re Here For You program, we give back to our community as much as we can. We’ve done all kinds of projects for local families, schools, and businesses, and we’re always looking for new ways to support the people who support us.

EEC stands for “Every Employee Counts,” so once a month we hold an EEC meeting to recognize employee accomplishments across all departments.

Once a month, one employee from each dealership and the corporate office is named a Driver of Excellence, nominated by their fellow employees. Then at the end of the year, each Driver is entered into a drawing, and around 60 winners are chosen at random to go on an all-expenses-paid trip to a resort in Mexico.

Every quarter, we roll out a series of fun, informative, and inspiring videos on a topic related to Ken Garff and our values of Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility, and Teamwork. They feature compelling chats with guest speakers, including current and former NBA players, rock bands, doctors, actors, entrepreneurs, and more, and help us reconnect with the brand and fellow employees.
