SALT LAKE CITY (October 26, 2026) – Jack Furbush, senior director of digital and AI sales strategy at Ken Garff Automotive, was named one of Automotive News’ 40 Under 40. This annual program honors 40 high achievers at new car dealerships and automotive groups who are under 40 years old.

Automotive News received nominations from across the U.S. and identified outstanding performers in a large field of high-quality talent at dealerships. This year’s honorees are a diverse group with a broad range of titles and backgrounds. These bright stars are profiled in the October 26 issue of Automotive News, the leading news source for the global automotive industry.

“The 40 Under 40 program recognizes the next generation of leaders who are making a meaningful impact in automotive retail,” said Chrissy Taylor, senior vice president of editorial operations at Automotive News. “This year’s honorees are driving results, bringing fresh ideas to their dealerships and making a difference in the communities they serve.”

Jack was recognized for his contribution to transforming automotive retail at Ken Garff through data-driven strategy and digital innovation, working to improve CRM reporting and functionality to better support day-to-day dealership operations. Additionally, Jack co-produced the group’s 181-page sales handbook, used as part of the dealership onboarding experience for sales advisors. He’s also leading Ken Garff’s AI sales strategy, through evaluating technologies that improve lead qualification, increase salesperson productivity, and allow advisors to spend more time building customer relationships.

“I’ve had the privilege of watching Jack Furbush grow from a lot tech finishing his degree at the University of Utah, into one of the most talented leaders in our organization,” said Sam Jarvie, vice president, sales and F&I operations, Ken Garff. “Jack is incredibly intelligent and has an unmatched work ethic, but his greatest strength is his genuine passion for helping other people succeed. He listens, he cares, and he has a remarkable way of making every person he works with feel valued and capable. That combination of brilliance, humility, and kindness is rare, and it’s a big reason Ken Garff Automotive is better because of Jack.”
