Ken Garff Downtown Imports – Thanksgiving Meal Drive Thru

This was our 3rd annual Veterans Thanksgiving Meal Drive Thru! Employees from our Downtown Imports stores packed 500 bags filled with all the classic Thanksgiving fixings: mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, jello, etc. On November 21st we then lined up outside the VA Hospital with turkeys and pumpkin pies and handed them out to 500 Veterans and their families. Everything was claimed after less than 2 hours of opening. The employees said their favorite part of this activity was “watching the veterans get so happy when we gave them their food.”
