Ken Garff Volkswagen and Honda Orem Gift 100 Bicycles to Children in Foster Care

SALT LAKE CITY (October 6, 2026) – One hundred children in foster care will have the chance to pick out a new bicycle from Ken Garff Volkswagen Orem and Ken Garff Honda Orem during a special event on Wednesday. The fun-filled event for youth in foster care and their families will also feature Kona Ice and an arts and crafts activity.

“A bike is more than a gift,” said Heidi Naylor, director of retention, Utah Foster Care. “It’s freedom, confidence, and a reminder that someone believes in you. We’re so grateful to Ken Garff for giving 100 youth in foster care an opportunity to ride forward.”

These donations are part of Ken Garff’s “We’re ‘Hear’ for You” program, an employee-run, philanthropic initiative where employees engage in meaningful, hands-on service to help the local communities and causes they care about most.
