I am a dedicated working mom to two wonderful daughters, Norah (3) and Margot (1), blessed with the unwavering support of my husband, Bryton, and deeply fond of our rottweiler fur baby. Currently rooted in Eagle Mountain, I am proud to call Utah County my lifelong home.
In the rare moments of free time I manage to snatch amidst the whirlwind of responsibilities, I find joy in crafting delicious sweets, exploring new destinations (I’m particularly drawn to the enchantment of Disneyland or the tranquility of beachside retreats), sampling culinary delights at various eateries, embracing the great outdoors through summer camping adventures, delving into a good read with my book club, and relishing in the camaraderie of bunco nights with cherished friends.
My professional journey has been anchored in sales-driven endeavors. I initially navigated the realms of the wedding gown industry before transitioning into the automotive sector. The foundation laid at Ken Garff has been pivotal in shaping my career trajectory. I started as a salesperson specializing in Audi and Porsche vehicles and eventually attained certification as a Brand Ambassador for both marques. Then, my consistent performance as a top achiever led to me assuming the role of Finance Manager.
Presently, as Director of Sales Operations for Ken Garff, I collaborate with multiple sales departments across their Utah-based dealerships. What fuels my passion in this role is the opportunity to forge connections with individuals, identify areas for growth, strategize solutions, and witness their subsequent triumphs—all while reciprocally learning and evolving.
Grateful for the chance to nurture both my career and my role as a mother, I find immense fulfillment in connecting with fellow women and drawing wisdom from diverse experiences. While the current chapter of my life may feel chaotic at times, I embrace it with the belief that within the chaos lies boundless potential for growth and collective flourishing. Together, through mutual support and resilience, we can thrive amidst life’s ebbs and flows.

Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging

As a mom (and a grandma!), I am so excited to be a part of the Ken Garff and MomTribe partnership! I have been at Ken Garff for many years and have held multiple roles, but most recently I became the Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. In this role, I create and lead initiatives that amplify diverse voices and make our company a welcoming and fun place to work for everyone. One of our biggest initiatives (and one that I’m most proud of) is our WE (Women Empowered) Speaker Series, a bi-monthly event where we invite inspirational women from all walks of life to talk to us about their journeys and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. We have heard from journalists, businesswomen, athletes, and more—many of them moms!
Outside of Ken Garff, I love spending time with my family! We’re all huge sports fans, so getting together to both watch and play is something I always look forward to.
