Utah Mammoth Fan Wins Brand-New Truck During “Ken Garff Pucks for Trucks”
Hockey fan James Bernier, 30, was randomly selected from the audience during tonight’s Utah Mammoth game and given one shot to hit a puck into a target on the goal to win a brand-new truck in the “Ken Garff Pucks for Trucks” contest. Bernier hit the shot and is taking home a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from Ken Garff Automotive Group! This is the first win in the two-year history of “Ken Garff Pucks for Trucks,” and the fourth free car Ken Garff has given away to a Utah sports fan this season.
“I’ve been a die-hard hockey fan my entire life, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have taken a shot on NHL ice,” said Bernier.
The contest was designed to be a thrilling challenge. Two contestants are randomly selected to compete in a :20 shootout from opposite blue lines. The contestant that scores the most goals shoots from the red line at center ice for a chance to win a truck from Ken Garff.
For the first time ever, Ken Garff has given free cars to winners during all three of the automotive group’s sports activations this season – “Pucks for Trucks,” “Threes for Keys” and “Kicks for Keys.”
