We recognize there is so much need in our communities, particularly as we work through the pandemic and its effects. And, as community members, we want to help affected communities while getting all Ken Garff employees involved with those around them. With our We’re Hear For You initiative, we aim to purchase goods and services from small businesses and donate them to communities in need. Our employees understand that everyone has been affected in one way or another from this pandemic. We believe that our ability to get through this is tied directly to our determination to support one another.

We at Ken Garff are grateful for the support the community has given us over the years and are hopeful that we can give back in a meaningful way as we all work our way back to normal.

Ken Garff West Valley - 8/31
For our latest We’re Hear For You project, our teams from Ken Garff West Valley Ford and Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT worked together to assemble 400 weekend meal kits for the USANA Kids Eat program!
These kits are full of non-perishable, easy-to-prepare food to make sure kids get enough to eat over the weekend when they can’t depend on school meals. 1 in 5 kids in Utah are food-insecure, so we are so grateful for the Usana Kids Eat program!
Our West Valley teams adopted two Boys and Girls Clubs in Murray and Tooele to ensure that the kids in those programs will have meal kits for the entire 52-week year! View more photos
KG Corporate - Sept 22

Our corporate employees were able to serve the Utah Refugee Connection by cleaning up their new campus for our latest We’re Hear For You project!
The Utah Refugee Connection recently acquired new buildings that needed some TLC, so employees from our corporate teams got together to weed and clean up the grounds outside, as well as do some intense cleaning and sanitizing in the interior.
We’re so grateful for all of the amazing work the Utah Refugee Connection does in our community, so we were so happy to give their spaces some TLC so they could focus on continuing to serve the incredible refugee community we have right here in Salt Lake! See more pics

Ken Garff Downtown Luxury - 8/25
For our latest We’re Hear For You event, employees from our Downtown Luxury dealerships (Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City, Ken Garff Volvo Cars, Alfa Romeo of Salt Lake City, Ferrari of Salt Lake City, Maserati of Salt Lake City, and Jaguar Downtown Salt Lake, and Land Rover Downtown Salt Lake) hosted bingo for the adults at The Neighborhood House! To protect the health of all involved, only fully-vaccinated employees were able to participate. It was a great time for all that participated and we’re grateful for organizations like The Neighborhood House who support our communities, specifically the adults who need some additional care during the day. Corporate - May 3
For our latest We’re Hear For You project, our corporate employees partnered with Utah Refugee Connection this week to assemble 500 Mother’s Day gifts for local refugee moms! Employees assembled the care packages full of items and donations from various businesses (including goods from doTERRA, Elase Spas, and Maven Thread to name a few!), and after putting together the kits, we were able to have a refugee mom come speak to us about how we can be involved with and more welcoming to refugees in our community.
Our corporate employees then volunteered at a safe and socially-distant Mother’s Day drive-through celebration, hosted by the Utah Refugee Connection! We’re very grateful for the incredible opportunity to serve our local refugees and for the outpouring of love and support from the community and local businesses to put on such a wonderful event. Ken Garff Riverdale - April 23
Employees from Ken Garff Riverdale spent Earth Day at the Weber-Morgan Children’s Justice Center in Ogden for our latest We’re Hear For You project! The day included weeding, laying new mulch, and painting some parts of the buildings. We gave the outside landscape space a nice spring clean-up and spent time inside as well, deep-cleaning the historic building.
In addition to spring cleaning, our Riverdale teams will be granting them some items off of their wish list as well! This includes thousands of dollars’ worth of new children’s clothing, pantry items to keep their kitchen stocked, new vaccuums and cleaning supplies, new outdoor tools like leaf blowers & rakes, etc.!
To complete their service for the Weber-Morgan Children’s Justice Center, our Ken Garff Riverdale teams will give each of the 13 staff members personalized gifts including gift cards to fun local businesses to express our gratitude and appreciation for the incredible work they do. Riverdale Stores - April 1

For our latest We’re Hear For You project, our three Riverdale stores teamed up with Riverdale City to sponsor this year’s city Easter egg hunt! 6,000 eggs full of candy, prizes, and gift cards to local businesses (like Toads Fun Zone and FlyHigh Trampoline Park!) were purchased and hand-filled by employees at the dealerships. Luxury Dealerships - March 29
Our Ken Garff Downtown Salt Lake Luxury dealerships teamed up to help the Granite Education Foundation for last week’s We’re Hear For You project! Employees from the dealerships assembled and packed almost 8,000 meals into 662 meal kit boxes at the Granite Education Foundation Distribution Center.
Employees provided a Covid-safe drive-through at three different elementary schools with high student food insecurity in Granite School District for parents and students to come and get a meal kit to take home as the district started their spring break. We’re grateful to partner with incredible organizations such as Granite Education Foundation and love giving back to our local community! View more photos
AF Dealerships - March 25
For our latest We’re Hear For You project, our two American Fork dealerships, Ken Garff American Fork Ford & Ken Garff Chevrolet, got together to put together 160 blessing bins for Utah Valley Refugees! Employees shopped for supplies (cleaning supplies, hair products, bath towels to diapers, wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.) to fill the bins over the course of a few weeks and then created assembly lines inside the dealerships to put them together. Employees from both dealerships loaded up Ken Garff vehicles with supply bins for refugee families and delivered them to the Utah Community and Refugee Partnership Center in Provo. They filled the center, and our entire team feels deep gratitude for the opportunity to give back to our local refugee community. We hope this helps many of them not only with some essentials, but to let them know how glad we are that they live in our community. View more photos
West Valley Stores - March 15
Our two West Valley dealerships, Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT and Ken Garff West Valley Ford, were busy at The Neighborhood House serving in multiple capacities as part of our We’re Hear For You initiative this week! First, members of our WV teams cleaned and organized a STEM lab classroom and closet for the campus! They also cleaned and detailed six vans that the organization uses to transport children to and from 13 different schools in the valley. To finish out the week, our West Valley dealership teams purchased and provided some educational items and materials for the Neighborhood teachers and faculty, and they were even able to volunteer in the preschool classrooms! Salt Lake Imports Team - Feb 26
This week, our Salt Lake Imports team (Ken Garff Honda Downtown, Ken Garff Nissan Salt Lake, Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown, Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne, and Ken Garff Truck Center) transformed three common areas/rec rooms for the local YWCA Utahin downtown Salt Lake! 40+ employees from our Ken Garff Salt Lake Imports team renovated the YWCA’s multipurpose room, childcare room, and teen room this week–fresh paint, updated lights and electrical work, and new furniture, decor, and computer accessories.
In addition to presenting the completed, made-over rooms, our Ken Garff Salt Lake Imports team also found the YWCA staff a reliable van for them to help transport residents. This week’s project has been so rewarding and empowering for our employees, and we hope that these newly-refurbished spaces will help lift the spirits of those who work in and use these rooms! Lehi Stores - Week of Feb 15
Last week as part of our We’re Hear For You initiative, our Ken Garff Lehi teams from Porsche Lehi, Audi Lehi, Land Rover Lehi, and Jaguar Lehi teamed up to take over Meals on Wheels delivery routes for the week!
Our Lehi teams also worked with local businesses to provide fun surprises in the Meals on Wheels deliveries, including blankets from Minky Couture, gift baskets from Kohler’s Food Stores in Lehi, baking kits from Lehi Mills, gourmet fruit baskets from Flowers On Main in Lehi, and beautiful floral arrangements from Happy Valley Floral!
The team finished their week of Meals on Wheels deliveries by presenting a $5,000 check to MAG Aging & Family Services
(Mountainland Association of Governments), which coordinates all of the senior services and Meals on Wheels programs for Utah County. Thank you so much for all you do for the seniors in our community and for the opportunity to serve! View more photos
